The Crandall Building is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Tenants with access fobs can enter outside of these hours, but for visitors and general public access, we’re open during regular business hours.

Yes, we do. The Crandall Building has a trusted cleaning team that services both common areas and tenant suites on a regular basis, helping us maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the building.

What truly sets us apart is our local ownership and onsite management team, with maintenance staff available 40 hours a week to support our tenants. On top of that, the Crandall Building’s historic charm stands out in a city full of modern office towers. Our suites feature exposed brick, high ceilings, decorative molding, and one-of-a-kind layouts, offering a character and warmth you won’t find anywhere else.

Getting to the Crandall Building is easy and convenient, whether you’re driving, taking public transit, or using alternative transportation. We’re just a few blocks from the nearest freeway entrance and exit, making it quick to get in and out of downtown. For public transit, the TRAX Light Rail stops right in front of our building, offering seamless access to the rest of the city. If you’re driving, there are plenty of paid parking options nearby, including monthly parking passes available for the City Creek parking garages just next door. Prefer to bike? There are also GreenBike stations within walking distance, making it easy to commute your way.

Tenant safety is our top priority at the Crandall Building. During business hours, we have onsite security provided by Premier Security to help ensure a safe environment for everyone in the building. Outside of regular business hours, access to the building is restricted to tenants with a key fob, adding an extra layer of security. Being located in the heart of downtown, we understand the importance of staying proactive when it comes to safety, and we’re committed to keeping our building secure at all times.
